Refund Policy


We understand that shopping online can be difficult - so please note we are here to assist you should your items not work out. 

Return Terms & Conditions:

  • Returns are to be sent within 7 days from receiving your order, all purchases become final after this time frame. Towa must be notified in advance of the return via email.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any incurred import duties/taxes or custom charges on the package. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
  • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Any item(s) returned without their tag will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
  • Towa cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. 

Damaged or Faulty Items: 

We hope you never receive a faulty item and sincerely apologise if you do. We take all possible lengths to ensure all items are subject to quality control prior to dispatch. In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We require your order number, images of the fault/incorrect item and a small description to xx - and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

We do not offer any returns or refunds on sale items, so please choose carefully.
