NEW ZEALAND: Flat rate of $6.00. Tracked service. North Island, 1-2 working days. South Island, 1-3 working days. Complimentary shipping on orders over $500 NZD.
AUSTRALIA: Flat rate of $15, allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Complimentary shipping on orders over $500 NZD.
REST OF THE WORLD: Flat rate of $20, allow 3-7 days tracked service via DHL express.
We will endeavour to send out your order from 15th-30th April. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Australia and New Zealand, taxes and duties may be applied by the customs authorities of your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. For further information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing order.
PLEASE NOTE: If the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to Towa, a return shipping fee of $70 NZD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our expenses.
